Prayer for Our Church Family

Almighty God, Saint Nicholas Ministries is composed of people like me.
I help to make it what it is.
It will be a friendly community if I am friendly.
It will be holy if I am holy.
Its events will be filled if I help fill them.
It will do great work if I work.
It will be prayerful if I pray.
It will make generous gifts to various charities if I am a generous giver.
It will be a family of loyalty and love, of fearlessness and faith, of compassion and charity if I, who make it what it is, am filled with these same qualities.
Therefore, with your help and grace, I will dedicate myself to the task of being all the things that I want my community to be.
Bless this journey, Lord, that I might follow Jesus and build up the Church for your glory. Amen.
